Trip To Ltd provides independent travel assistance and booking support services only.

We assist customers in researching travel options, identifying suitable flights or accommodation, and coordinating bookings with third-party travel providers.

Trip To Ltd does not sell flights, holiday packages, or travel products as a principal and is not an airline, tour operator, or travel package organiser.

All flights, accommodation, and other travel services are provided directly by independent third-party airlines, hotels, or travel suppliers. The contract for travel services is between the customer and the respective service provider.

Customers will receive their booking confirmations, tickets, and travel documents directly from the relevant airline or travel provider via email or WhatsApp.

Trip To Ltd’s role is limited to providing assistance, coordination, and customer support in relation to travel arrangements.

Trip To Ltd may charge a separate service or assistance fee for the time and administrative support provided. This fee relates only to the assistance service and not to the travel product itself.
